I’m Kelley and I started Celebrations by KJ when helping a friend sort out his wife’s surprise lockdown birthday.

My first garland was more like a cloud of balloons but she loved it!!

Now I have people asking for all colours and themes and I’m really enjoying putting them together and seeing their faces or hearing how the birthday boy/girl woke up to a magical surprise.
Each job is a brand new idea and even if I visit your home to do another birthday, no two garlands will be the same - and they will fit your home perfectly.

We operate within a 30 mile radius of Rothley, if you are further away then please call to discuss your options! Covid has brought us uncertain times, so it’s nice to give your loved ones a special birthday surprise.

I arrive at your house by myself or with a team member on the day using PPE to ensure protection for all of us. We sanitise before entering your home, and during your installation, keeping everyone as safe as possible.

During booking we will ask you lots of questions to get some ideas, we will ask for pictures and videos so that we can help you decide on how it should look before we even enter your home.

We can obviously do a home/venue visit beforehand.

We will arrive with most of your balloons inflated ready to install in your home or venue.
